Tabata Bootcamp has been proven to burn 5 TIMES MORE CALORIES after workout versus a "steady state" workout. In this program, you will work with a Certified Tabata Bootcamp Instructor 2-3 times per week for 30-40 minutes per session. You will be given information to understand the Take 3 Eating Plan. You will be instructed to follow a 6 minute workout 6 days a week (that's right, I said ONLY 6 MINUTES!) and will be given the tools to do this in the comfort of your own home! One day a week will be a (optional) 60 minute steady state workout (bootcamper's choice). IF you follow these guidelines, you WILL see RESULTS!
