360 Yoga & Massage is a total body wellness & offers online and in person yoga classes, massage therapy services, and distant & in person reiki sessions. Leah has been a Certified Yoga Instructor since August of 2013, a Licensed Massage Therapist in the state of Illinois since 2016, and a Reiki Master since September of 2015. The goal and intention of Leah and 360 Yoga & Massage is to create a sense of harmony throughout the mind and body.

Hello Beautiful Souls, I hope everyone is having a wonderful Labor Day Weekend. Well...my hiatus of massage is coming to an end. This week I will be resuming massages....but there is a few exceptions to this.

I will not be FULL FORCE until I get cleared in October. What does this mean for everyone? It means if you come to me for DEEP DEEP TISSUE I will not be able to take you till October. For that I am sorry.

Another thing you will not be able to book online with me until I am cleared, if you want an appointment you will have to contact me directly. This will ONLY be until I am fully cleared in October. But, until then I have to be careful.

Last if you are not sure if you get deep deep deep tissue from me ASK! On that note I am almost all booked up with clients for this coming week, I am starting slow, but the following week is open starting Monday the 14th at 2:30pm.

If you have any questions you know how to get a hold of me. Thanks for being wonderful and I look forward to working with you all soon! -Leah
