I provide a tailored skills coaching program for individuals and groups. Often times, life deals us a lousy hand. If this happens too many times, we often retreat and find comfort in silence. However, we quickly realize that our silence costs us many things: happiness, dreams, and even dignity. I've often been told that not only do I advocate for people in times of trial (which is good since I'm a

social worker), but I also encourage people to live their best lives. This begins with ending the silence! Now as a motivational speaker, I ignite a fire in audience members by encouraging them to be their best selves in spite of their circumstances and that their voice is powerful!
