Form Check: Articulated Bridges

Let’s fix that rib flare and over-arched spine. To get the most out of your bridges on the reformer, remember these three cues:

Tuck your pelvis into an imprinted spine.
Keep your arms heavy on the mat.
Knit your ribs in and articulate through the spine—hips lead on the way up, upper back leads on the way down.
