Spring 2024 Elite Junior Program

For a considerable time, there has been a desire on our behalf to introduce a junior program that mirrors the elite coaching we provide our professional players on various tours around the world including PGA Tour, LPGA, Korn Ferry, DP World, Asian Tour and Challenge Tour.

Our professional players have won the season money list titles on the PGA Tour, Korn Ferry, & Asian Tour. They have won Olympic medals, PGA Tour, LPGA, Korn Ferry, Asian Tour & Challenge Tour events.
Our junior players have won numerous AJGA events, Medalist Honors at U.S. Am, U.S. Junior & U.S. Junior Girls qualifying events, School State, Regional & District Championships, Legend Tour events, NTPGA AAT Tour events, NTPGA Medalist events, & NTPGA Metro events.

Structured around 90 minutes weekly practice sessions, encompassing all areas of the game namely, On the Green, Around the Green, Into the Green, Off the Tee, On the Course & aimed at those already playing a high level of tournament golf. The program is designed to instill correct mechanics to hit correct repetitive golf shots and to be able to self diagnose and thus fix on the fly. Furthermore, it encompasses correct and efficient practices, personalized practice regimens derived from data analysis of on course shot tracking, tournament readiness, practical on course experience, and every element essential for achieving peak performance in the game of golf.

Great playing Nate Miller

QUALIFIED!

TCA's Nate Miller is set to compete in the 2023 USGA Amateur and Junior Amateur tournaments in Cherry Hills, Colorado and Charleston, South Carolina. The rising junior is the second golfer in TCA history to qualify for both events, joining Trojan alum and current professional golfer Will Zalatoris '14.

Miller was one of only three players to make the cut at Monday's U.S. Amateur Qualifier in Edmond, Oklahoma. The third-year Trojan tied for the top medalist spot with a two round score of 138, 8-under par. "I was really striking the ball well and was able to take advantage of the birdie chances that came my way," said Miller. "I was very pleased with being 8-under after a difficult 36 holes in one day."

The two-time TAPPS 6A Golf State Champion heads to Daniel Island Club in Charleston, South Carolina, for the U.S. Junior Amateur July 24-29. Miller then tees off at the famed Cherry Hills Country Club in Cherry Hills Village, Colorado, August 14-20 in the U.S. Amateur.

"I'm really happy for Nate. He clearly has generational type talent and he's a special young man", said TCA golf coach Marshall Edwards. The 11-time state champion coach continued, "to qualify for both the U.S. Junior Amateur and the U.S. Amateur at 16 years old is quite remarkable. The kid has a very bright future and I'm really glad he's a Trojan."

Miller will tee off at 2:05 p.m. on opening day of the U.S. Junior Amateur on Monday, July 24. The semifinals will be televised on the Golf Channel at 1 p.m. on Friday, July 28.
