🌺✨ Last night we had an amazing time celebrating our UDOTM staff, the people who make the magic happen every single day inside our studios.

These are the teachers, administrators, and team members who help our dancers discover their love and passion for dance, build confidence, create lifelong memories, and grow both on and off the dance floor. They pour their hearts into our dancers, our families, and our studio community, and we are so incredibly grateful for each and every one of them.

While we were missing about half of our team, they were absolutely with us in spirit. UDOTM would not be what it is today without the dedication, talent, and love that our staff brings to our UDOTM dance family.

As we continue to grow, we are investing heavily in our team over the next coming years. We have exciting plans in place for additional staff trainings, continuing education opportunities, certifications, mentorship programs, leadership development, and so much more. We believe that when we pour into our staff, they can continue to pour even more into our dancers and community.

To celebrate, we enjoyed a fun Luau themed evening and dinner at the perfect way to honor our Ohana Forever season and reflect on what makes UDOTM so special 🩷💙🌺

Thank you to our incredible staff for everything you do. The impact you make reaches far beyond the dance studio and we cannot wait to see what we accomplish together in the years!!!

✨ Celebrating Our 5 Year Dancers ✨

A big shout out to these 14 dancers from our Plano studio on their 5th recital season with UDOTM! This season, we are incredibly proud to celebrate 28 total dancers across our Plano and Naperville studios who have reached their 5-year milestone with Ultimate Dance On The Move! 💕🥺

There is something so special about watching a dancer grow from their very first class into the confident, talented, and passionate dancer they become years later. We have loved being part of each of their journeys and watching their skills, confidence, friendships, and love for dance blossom along the way.

Even more exciting, next season we are projected to celebrate 40 dancers reaching this incredible milestone! 🎉

Whether a dancer takes one class a week for fun and love of dance or pursues additional opportunities through our Company program, we are proud of every single dancer and the unique path they take. Seeing their dedication and passion continue year after year is what makes our Ultimate family (or Ohana) so special.

Thank you to our amazing families for allowing us to be part of these memories. We are honored to watch your dancers grow and can’t wait to see what the future holds for them!

Our first summer camps kick off today and tomorrow at both our Plano and Naperville studios, and we can’t wait for all the fun to begin!
