What a day. 💚

Yesterday, we officially celebrated the Grand Opening of ALIVE Las Colinas, and we are overwhelmed by the support from our members, guests, partners, and community.

From packed classes and tours to giveaways, music, and countless conversations, the energy throughout the studio was incredible. Most of all, we loved seeing so many people experience ALIVE for the first time and reconnect with the community that makes this place so special.

Thank you to everyone who joined us, brought a friend, shared a post, took a class, or simply stopped by to celebrate with us. You helped make this opening unforgettable.

After months of anticipation, ALIVE Las Colinas officially opens its doors.

Mobility ≠ Flexibility

Many people use these terms interchangeably, but they're not the same thing.

Flexibility is the ability of a muscle to lengthen. Mobility is the ability of a joint to move actively through its range of motion.

In other words, flexibility is one piece of mobility, but mobility involves more than stretching alone.

Both play an important role in how you move, exercise, and perform everyday activities. Focusing on one while ignoring the other can limit progress and increase the risk of movement compensations over time.

Understanding the difference can help you train more effectively, move with greater confidence, and support long-term joint health.

Tomorrow, ALIVE Las Colinas officially begins its full class schedule.

For months, you've watched the transformation take shape. The construction is complete. The technology is online. The classes are ready.

Starting Tuesday, June 2nd, classes begin every 30 minutes throughout the day, giving you more opportunities to move, recover, and make wellness fit your schedule.

And we're just getting started.

Younger consumers aren't going out less. They're just going somewhere different.
