Have structure so you can get the best results possible!
As a coach this is what I preach to my clients. If you can follow these and stay in your lanes for what you need to do to accomplish your goals it will be “easy”.
-Your diet has to be sustainable! Eat foods you live in moderation and make the right adjustments to the ingredients to help them fit even more in line with your diet. PRIORITY PROTEIN and hit your calories.
-Just like everything else in your life. If you make it a priority you can achieve it. If it’s on the back burner you will fail 🤷🏼♂️
-DRINK YOUR DAMN WATER. People always say it’s so hard to drink that much water but can drink that in other liquids. It’s an excuse that can be holding you back. So many benefits of drink the appropriate amount of water.
-Prioritize sleep. You don’t need to wake up an hour earlier to do fasted cardio if you are only at 5-6 hours of sleep. The sleep will be more beneficial for your body than the cardio at the time. SLEEP!!
-Lastly, have freaking fun. Enjoy life, hang out with friends, travel, DO WHATEVER YOU WANT. Establish a plan and stick with it while out. Sacrifices will be made sometimes but that’s how we create freedom on other days!!
