[ Warmup ]

High knees 45
Jump tucks 10
Squats 20
Pushups 10
Tuck crunches 10
Wheel arms / 5 each side
x2 sets

2 min joint exercises

[ Kicks ]

Straight kick / 10 each side
Side swings / 10 each side
Back kick / 10 each side

[ Stretches ]

Straddle 10 sec
Front split / 15 sec each side
Middle split 15 sec

[ Stances ]

Horse stance 30 sec
Bow stance / 15 sec each side
Pistol squats / 5 each side
Empty stance / 15 sec each side
Drop stance / 15 sec each side

[Routine]
