Yoga for children doesn’t have to look perfect to be meaningful.
It may look like one breath before reacting. One stretch after sitting for too long. One pause during a busy day. One small moment of noticing what the body or mind needs.
That’s what makes yoga such a powerful tool for children.
It gives them something they can return to - not just in class, but at school, at home, with friends, during big feelings, and in everyday moments.
The goal isn’t performance.
