Its Leg day... this workout is great for those training for the upcoming stair climb! Here’s the workout: 1 mile run (with weighted pack optional), 10 jumping bench squats, 10 single leg squats on each leg off of the flagpole pavers, 7 50-feet passes (there and back) of lateral, moving squats with reaching ground tag. Repeat 3 times, weighted vest optional (pictures with 30 lbs), repeat 1 mile run. Additional pics and video in the comments.
