PRC Pop up challenge coming this Friday Sept 11. Join us in the challenge for the 9/11 memorial. You can do this at the track (up and down one side of the bleachers counts as 1 and 4 laps is a mile), at the gym on the stair master/treadmill or around town and on your stairs at home. Simply comment on this post when complete and add a pic if you would like and be entered in a drawing for a 9/11 memorial t-shirt.
Stairs- complete 55 or 30 minutes
Run/walk- compete 2 miles or 30 minutes
Do a combo of both for 30 minutes

Save the date for our annual fall fest with a scavenger hunt! Then head to the United Methodist Church trunk or treat and then end the night with glow in the dark family fun! It will be a great day!
Brooke Harris will be face painting at the last football game the night before as a kickoff to fall fest!
