This time of year, we get a lot of questions from members regarding how to use equipment, build a workout program, and perform various exercises properly. Of course, we are always glad to offer what help we can, but wanted to mention there are a lot of great resources out there including a variety of apps. One we think that’s worth sharing is the Fitbod App. This is an easy way to generate workouts based on experience level, fitness goals (body building, weight loss ect.) and length of workout, and it helps insure your not cutting your workout short. It also has videos illustrating how to perform each exercise. One thing we really like Is this app also lets users specify the equipment they have available, and only generates workouts using exercises they can do, and its easy to change whether you’re in Pierce, Plainview, or working out from home that day. Just remember no mater what you do, nothing beats a good workout plan coupled with constancy and motivation.
