I believe that spiritual and mental health are a huge factor in physical health! Our bodies are the temple of Christ and I am honored to assist people, in all walks of life, become their best self through health and fitness! Shifting the focus from attaining societal standards to being whole, healthy individuals is a great desire of mine! Health and fitness are gateways to spiritual, mental, and physical health, and they are readily available to each and every one of us!

The Studio will be closed on July 4th to celebrate. On July 3 we will have a 45 minute barre class at 8:30. Enjoy the fireworks tonight, sleep in a little, and come move your body with us. If you want to get in a workout on Saturday, The Shell Sisters are put on a “4 on the 4th” at the duck pond starting at 7 am. Have a great weekend!!
