For our advanced level students, My Pilates Studio teaches participants to gain a better understanding of how components of movement are elevated and continuously combined. Get ready to push yourself further! MY PILATES STUDIO REFORMER SIGNATURE CLASSS!!! Rev up your workout on the reformer with this cardio fat burning, core focused, jump board class.
