Martial Arts promote leadership skills and will teach students about setting goals, and taking responsibility. These qualities more than any others will help to ensure success in life. Our classes will help students develop physical health through increased speed, stamina, and strength. Students will also develop good judgement, better balance, coordination and timing, that will benefit activities

. Converse has been a student of the Martial Arts for over 35 years. This study has earned him Doctorates of Martial Arts Science, Seventh Degree Grand Master and Master instructor of the art of KIAIDO, Sixth Degree Master of RYUKYU KEMPO and Sixth Degree Master of MODERN ARNIS. Converse has combined these styles into a system that focuses on fighting only if we must. With time and effort, what we study will work well for a smaller person, which is true self defense! The class name PinanJitsu reflects this concept in its translation, peaceful mind (Pinan) defense (Jitsu).
