New session kicks off this week at Force Wrestling!

Our June session officially starts Tuesday, and we are ready to get after it. Make sure you are registered and ready to go.

Here is what is happening this week:
• Monday (10:00–11:30 AM): Free Memorial Day workout. This is a free workout open to anyone, bring gym shoes and water. Show up and get stronger.

• Tuesday (6:30–8:15 PM): Intensive Group Training begins. This is a high-level session running Tuesdays/Thursday (6:30-8:15), and Saturday mornings (10-11:45am). Speed/Strength/Agility workouts will be added on Monday and Wednesdays. Free for registered wrestlers.

• Thursday (5:00–6:15 PM): Rookie Nights. Perfect for athletes looking to build a strong foundation.

• Friday and Sunday: Small group training. Limited spots available—email [email protected] to get scheduled and matched with a group. Spots fill quickly, so do not wait. Secure your place today.

Throughout the month of June we will be offering small group training.
Friday and Sunday morning time slots available. Pending on availability, more time slots could be open on Saturday and a week nights.

- 4-6 wrestlers per session.
- 1 hour sessions
- Wrestlers grouped by size and ability. This allows us to personalize training to meet each wrestlers specific needs.
- Focusing on small details to improve technique.
- Instruction on proper drilling for both offensive and defensive wrestlers.
