Interval day is the best day 😍 - I mean aren’t they all?!

Seriously though - interval training is a great way to add a big calorie burn at the end of a workout!

Pick a cardio move, go about 8-10 rounds of 30 seconds of work, and 30 seconds of rest.

It’ll kick your ass 😉

Also - it’s pretty fun when you get to be the trainer, create, and then watch 😂

(Still arguably more fun to prove to yourself that your BRAIN and mindset can beat your body’s innate desire to quit before you need to 🤷🏼‍♀️)
