Just a week past Murph and we’re still thinking about it.

What an incredible turnout and such an awesome day with our community. From first timers to seasoned veterans, every single person brought energy, effort, and heart to this event.

You guys truly made this one of the most memorable years yet and we’re so grateful to celebrate, sweat, and honor together. ❤️

Friendly Murph reminder 🚨

Your warm up is SELF paced before your heat, so please plan accordingly.

And if your birth year starts with “19” your warm up is absolutely non-negotiable 😂

We will have warm ups written on the board, but please arrive at least 20 minutes before your scheduled heat time so you have enough time to get moving, loosen up, and feel ready to go.

For some… push ups are arguably the hardest part of Murph.

So modify correctly, protect your shoulders, and focus on quality reps.

Murph push up standards:
✅ Chest + thighs touch together
✅ Full lockout at the top
✅ Body moves as one piece

And remember there is absolutely no shame in modifying. Elevated push ups, banded push ups, partner Murph, reduced reps… it all counts. The goal is to move well, stay safe, and honor the workout.
