We’ve been listening to your feedback! We know summer is packed with other activities, and we want to make sure you don't have to choose between them and your training.
To help you balance it all, we’ve adjusted our June schedule for both Strength & Agility and GRIT Wrestling. Check out the new times below:
Strength and Agility: Mondays (5:30–6:30 PM) & Saturday mornings (8:00–9:00 AM) Strength and Agility are for any athlete, not just wrestlers.
GRIT Wrestling: Mondays (6:30–8:00 PM) & Thursdays (6:30–8:00 PM)
This new schedule kicks off this week! Whether you want to lock in for the whole month or just swing by when you can, we've got you covered. Full-month registration is open, and we are still offering our $20 drop-in rate per session for both programs.
