We are very proud of our client Kristen who competed in her first Figure competition at the . This mother of 3 successfully completed a 16 week prep to step on stage against some awesome competitors. We are so proud of our client Kristen ! Kristen completed a 12 week program with a goal of losing body fat and maintaining her muscle. We set her up with a comprehensive weight training, cardio and diet (based off her RMR and daily activity). As a result she lost 12.8 pounds of body fat and maintained her muscle!! NO weight loss drugs or any other currrent weight loss fade was used. Only consistancy and hard work. Kristen now has set a new goal of competing in her first bodybuilding show this spring!
