Bellyfit Sierra Foothills Bellyfit classes invite women to embrace the present moment while simultaneously connecting them to their ancient roots and empowering them for the future.

Bellyfit Moving Women. Holistic, fitness program written by women for women. We use dance movements from Bellydance, Bahkram, African Dance, and Bollywood with an overview of pilates and yoga. We work on the five lower chakras giving Bellyfit a mind, body, spirit connection. We incorporate cardio movements using layers and levels so everyone gets an enjoyable workout at their own level. Bring a

yoga mat to class because we do "Core On The Floor" incorporating stretching and yoga poses. Mon.,Wed.,and Fri. classes held at Placerville Parks and Rec. Tues. and Sat. classes held at the Cozmic Cafe in Placerville. Thurs. class at 7:15 held at Anytime Fitness Placerville.

Good Morning Belly Dance fans! Classes begin August 10 at 6:30PM in Zoom. I'm teaching once again through El Dorado Dance Academy in El Dorado Hills. You need to register through them at www.eldoradodance.com. This is a multi level class open to beginners. You will learn the basic moves, history of the dance through the various regions and we will also work with props as the class continues. My focus is on proper body mechanics and technique. We form community in class and have the opportunity to preform if you would like but, it is not my focus. Feel free to contact me here or at [email protected] for questions or information.
