attempt on a 54” box jump! If you want to jump high you gotta jump high! Simple enough. Wasn’t perfect but when you’re forced to jump higher than you thought possible you put in maximal effort. Maximal effort on jumps = maximal output. Gettin close!

40’ Vert in the bag for my guy . (Would rank top 3 for DB’s at Combine). Also, huge Thanks to Mike Weinstein and for putting this Pro Day on for us. Same equipment and testing protocol used at the NFL combine. None of this backyard testing with friends stop watches where everyone runs a 4.4

I Remember him coming to me as a freshman just a 18 year old. I was always amazed by his work ethic at that age. ⠀

He would come in the mornings at 5:30am with the high school kids just so he could get extra work in. ⠀

Holidays, he had off so he’d text me so we could work. ⠀
