⚔️ ANNOUNCING THE HOT SHOT PROGRAM! ⚔️

Hey Wilkes Barre/Knights families! This summer we’re turning our 12uAA, 10uAA, 10uA, and Mites players into absolute SNIPERS! The Hot Shot Program starts June 1st and runs through August 31st. Every single day, each player will track how many pucks they shoot at home. Whether it’s 50, 100, or 200+ — every shot counts!

Here’s how it works:
🚨 Shoot daily at home (garage, basement, driveway — wherever!)
📥 Parent messages the team manager once a week with your player’s total
📈 We update the big leaderboard spreadsheet
🤩 At the end of each month we’ll post the current standings
🏆 At the end of August, the top shooter on each team wins a trophy!

This is all about fun, friendly competition, and massive skill development. Summer is the perfect time to build that shot power and accuracy so they’re ready to dominate next season!

Pro Tip: Print out the Hot Shot tracking calendar, stick it on the fridge, and let your player color in or mark their daily shots. They’ll love watching the numbers grow!

Bernie steps up to lead our 18U group after serving as an assistant in the Knights organization last season. He brings a hockey résumé few coaches at this level can match:

✅ Assistant Coach, Indy Fuel (2013 to 2016)
✅ Assistant Coach, USHL Indiana Ice — 2014 Clark Cup Champion

✅ Ray Miron President’s Cup winner with the Indianapolis Ice
✅ All time career assist leader in Indianapolis pro hockey history (262 assists)

Last night, Coach Paul brought the heat with an awesome power skating clinic! 🔥

Our players left the ice faster, stronger, and more explosive than ever. The focus was all about building speed, sharpening edges, and developing that next-level power every hockey player needs to dominate the game.

Huge thanks to Coach Paul for pouring his energy and expertise into our Knights! The excitement was electric, and you could see the development happening right in front of us.

Our skaters are leveling up fast! 💪
