I have so many women in my life I am blessed for. A family is what you make it. It is made strong, not by number of heads counted at the dinner table, but by the rituals you help family members create, by the memories you share, by the commitment of time, caring, and love you show to one another, and by the hopes for the future you have as individuals and as a unit.
You will always love and be loved. So blessed and happy to have my 3 sisters. I'm especially excited for my youngest sister who will be getting married tomorrow! I'm so proud of her and happy that she found love in a great man.

The hardest thing about being on patrol as far as training goes:
There is very limited equipment. As in: 1 barbell, a few 45lb plates, smaller plates, 2 sets of boflex adjustable dumbbells, a rowing machine and a exercise bike.
My point is, when on patrol whether it's bench press, deadlifts, barbell rows or bicep curls I rarely use over 135-185 lbs.
That being said. Just goes to show you don't need to throw around heavy weight. This will be my 3rd patrol with this equipment and everytime I am still proving in making muscle gains and ALWAYS shredded 🤙🏼
Forget putting up heavy weight just for "STATUS" or "EGO" and putting unnecessary wear and tear on your joints, bones and tendons. You want to keep your body's mobility as long as you can in life.
Focus on FORM, MIND MUSCLE CONNECTION ( Muscle resistance and contraction) & NUTRITION!
Watch how the GAINS come!! 💪🏼💪🏼

They don't know the difference between simple carbs 🚫 and Complex carbs✔️
