WBS Knights Announce Promotion of Tyler Harmon to General Manager ⚔️
We are pleased to announce the promotion of Tyler Harmon from Assistant General Manager to General Manager, effective immediately. Harmon will continue to serve as assistant coach of the NCDC team and as the organization’s goaltender development coach.
Harmon joined the Knights two years ago following his retirement from the ECHL due to injury. Prior to his professional career, he competed at the NCAA Division I level at the University of Vermont and Mercyhurst University.
Outgoing General Manager Andy Scott, who will return next season as Head Coach of the NCDC team, offered the following on the promotion:
“Tyler is a very bright young hockey mind who has quickly demonstrated the ability and work ethic to assume the general manager duties and lead the club forward in its continued growth. His recent experience playing at the collegiate and professional levels makes him the ideal person to lead the development of our Academy and Junior players who aspire to those levels.”
The WBS Knights are dedicated to developing student-athletes to play hockey at the collegiate level and beyond. Over the past 20-plus years, the Knights have counted seven NHL, 79 NCAA Division I, and over 300 NCAA Division III players among their alumni.
