Only a few hours until the 1st Ultra Fit Fest on the East Coast!
Are you ready!? We are! And we can’t wait to see you!
Just a few last minute reminders:
IDs
IDs are required at check-in. If you don’t bring your ID you will not receive your wristband. This event is strictly for 21 and over.
Parking for the event
- Parking for the event is located at the Tomato Festival Parking Lot located across the street from 71 South Main Street, Pittston, PA 18640. It is a short .5 mile walk to Anthracite Fitness Factory located at 320 South Main Street, Pittston, PA18640.
- You can also park on the streets near and around Anthracite Fitness Factory.
- There will be signs along the main street sidewalks to guide you to the event.
Check-in
- Check-in begins at9am at Anthracite Fitness Factory
- Check-in closes at11:00am (No wristbands will be given out after this time.)
- IDs are required at check-in
- At check in the first 200 people will receive a swag bag filled with goodies as a thank you for participating
Fitness Mini Classes
- Classes begin promptly at 10am
- Classes will be 20minutes in length with a 10 minutes transition time
- A schedule is attached with descriptions what is being offered by each gym/studio
- Each class is first come, first served. There are no advanced sign ups.
- We encourage everyone to participate in the fitness classes but it is not required
- All workouts were created to accommodate any level of fitness
- You hope that you try new classes and have fun!
- We also suggest bringing your own yoga mat if you plan on participating in a yoga class (we will have some mats available to borrow)
Happy Hour
- Happy Hour at The Red Mill will begin at 12pm and conclude at 2pm.
- Your Fit Fest Wristband will get you 2 Michelob Ultra beverages, small bites and live music
- Additional Michelob Ultra beverages can be purchased: $2 Michelob Ultra Drafts/ $3 Ultra Seltzers(no other brands will be offered during the happy hour)
Personal belongings
- There is no storage available for personal belongings at the event
- Personal items must be carried with you from mini class to mini class
Raffle Tickets
- We will be raffling off baskets donated by each gym/studio participating
- There will be 1Raffle Ticket in your swag bag at check-in, so make sure you stop at the basket table to drop your ticket off!
- You can purchase additional raffle tickets:
o 1for $2.00
o 3for $5.00
o Arm’s length for $10.00
o Wing Span for $15.00
Other item
- Water and snacks will be available during the fitness portion of the day at no charge
- Paint Pittston Pink and Shop with a Cop will be on site with information and fundraising T-shirts for purchase
If your friends didn’t buy tickets yet they still have time!
Tickets can be purchased up until the day of the event and at the door.
