We are so proud of Coach for being recognized as a 2026 Commonwealth Heroine. She loves all of her kiddos, adults, comp boxers and friends who have supported this journey! Berkshire Nautilus and Greg!

Four Berkshire County women received the Commonwealth Heroine distinction in June, which acknowledged each of them for their dedication to improving the community.

Coach is about to be thrown o-goshi style during one of the free Self Defense Classes, she offers throughout the year.

Our approach blends rigorous training with the joy of sportsmanship.

Classes are held Monday, Wednesday, and Friday evenings at 6:30pm. With options for $60 monthly memberships or $5 drop-in rates.

Monthly rate discounts are available for Berkshire Nautilus members, both new and current.
