Good morning ☀️ from Barbados!
Full body sand bell/bag workout coming to you from the beach 🏝️
Combo moves are my go to for quick effective workouts.
These may look familiar to my clients 😉
All of these exercises could be done with dumbbells/kettlebells, and a slam ball if available.
Deadlift to shoulder press
Front squat to curl
Push up with mountain climbers
Reverse lunge with slam
Swings
I did all combo exercises in sets of 5 and swings for 20 5x through.
You could certainly make this longer and do sets of 10.
Be proud of yourself for getting some kind of healthy movement in today 🤗
Also these sandbags are a must for beach travel!!!
