We are going to add a big 3 powerlifting competition to the event for Saturday at 2pm. This is a free event for anyone to compete in thanks to the Davidsmeyer Family!
The event will consist of Bench Press, Deadlift, and Squat with total weight for all three!
This portion of the day will start at 2pm!

We got some great progress done on the new makeover of the exterior shell. Still have touchups and a few other areas to complete once the weather and wind cooperate but can’t be happier with the outcome.
Thanks Jeremy Davidsmeyer, and Bradley Ward for helping with the painting, and Momma Barton and Harper Roach for helping with the little ones so we could get the work done!

Can’t wait for the Lifting Like Jesse Momorial event August 1 starting at 10am followed by a pool party that evening at King Park Pool 6-8p
