Want to learn perfect kettlebell form from the pros?

I will be hosting Beginners Kettlebell Classes for those who are interested in joining the SEKB Tribe, or for trainers who would like to learn Hard-style Kettlebell Training. It will be a 4 week program with the classes taking place Tuesday at 5pm, and Saturday at 9am during the month of July. We will be covering the fundamentals of Hard-style Kettlebell training, starting with the basics. Over the four weeks you will have developed the proper form and technique to be ready for full participation in our normal classes.
