Two restorative events are coming to B-Fit this June ✨

Join Kim on Sunday, 6/7 at 9AM for a calming hour of guided meditation and sound bowls designed to help you relax, reset, and recharge.

Then on Saturday, 6/13 from 6–8PM, Kim returns with Deena for a deeply restorative evening featuring meditation, restorative yoga, and Reiki healing.

I’m excited to bring back LeboWalks! After receiving several emails asking if I’d be doing it again this year, I figured, why not? I walk every day and I truly enjoy it. There are so many benefits to simply moving your body, and the friendships that were made last year were priceless. I’d love for you to join me starting the week of April 14th. Hey everyone! I just wanted to share a little something with you. I have a bit of a love-hate relationship with social media. Sometimes it’s a bit overwhelming, but I also recognize the power it has to connect and inspire.

That being said, I’m so incredibly proud of my clients! You all show up, put in the work, and stay consistent and disciplined. You prioritize your well-being, and that’s what truly matters most.

Yesterday, I kicked off the Body Wellness program with the Mt. Lebanon Soccer Association kids, and I couldn’t be more excited! It’s going to be such a great month, and I’m thrilled to be able to bring health and wellness awareness to these young athletes. Watching them learn and grow in both body and mind is truly rewarding. Let’s keep this momentum going!
