Happy ! Boy this is never easy during the offseason but a reality check is just as important now as it is during contest prep! In honor of the Mr. Olympia contest this weekend, what better time to strike a pose. What is cool about Body Building whether you are guy like me aspiring for his pro card or the best of the best who will take the stage this weekend, is while we may train and prep a little differently, we all share the common journey, to work hard and peak at the precise moment in order to come out on top. No other sport shares this commonality. No matter what your passions are I hope you can look up to those that have achieved the ultimate success and they inspire and motivate you to achieve your goals.

1st day of BFR quad training and the is for real! A week into occlusion training and I can definitely feel the difference it is making. Today I followed one of my normal training protocols but in lieu of heavy weight I reduced it by half, slowed down every rep and kept extra strict form. This pump is after 3 super sets of 20 leg extensions and 20 low, neutral foot position leg presses. As soon as I take the straps off I can immediately feel the blood rush to my quads. is an ever evolving journey and so far I'm excited with the results and possibilities may produce.
