What better way to spend a spring Saturday morning than slinging arrows with our friends at Library Sportsmans Association? Looks like it’s gonna be a warm day too. See you there!

This Saturday (April 4th) is our first 3D archery shoot of the season. Registration opens at 7 and closes at noon. We are located at 6312 Finleyville, PA 15332. The kitchen will be open.

Alright 3-D family…. We’re looking to have Will Leonard - Buckmasters Record Book Scorer come out and score at our Hunt Of A Lifetime shoot this August, but we need to know it’ll be worth his trip. Will would have a booth set up and would score your animals at a discount rate. He’s going to do a 50% discount on the Buckmasters book entry fee ($15 instead of $30), and he’ll have a Sig Sauer Buckmasters scope to give away to one entrant.

If you’d like to have any or all of your bucks officially scored, please comment the number of bucks below so we can gauge interest. Pics would be cool to and make this thread a fun one.

If you own a business or belong to a sportsman club in North Eastern Ohio or Western Pennsylvania, that is interested in scheduling a scoring event, now is the time to start scheduling those events. Or if you have a group of friends that would like to get together and have a bunch scored, let’s get them scheduled. Weekends are getting booked and I am already booked into mid March. Individuals that are available on week days, I have a lot more availability.
The cutoff for the latest Buckmasters Record Book will be April 1st. Bucks scored before this date will be published in the Book being published and released later this year.

Who’s ready to try our 2026 Washer Shot? This one’s incredibly hard but not impossible. $1 per shot (6 for $5) at a 1” garden hose washer hung at 20 yards. Every arrow that rings the washer gets you a ticket in the year long 50/50 on the take (the other half goes to the Hunt of a Lifetime Foundation).

We’ll be running this shot at all of our 2026 shoots. Yeah, it’s tough but it’s supposed to be. There will be a good bit of cash and not many tickets in the pot by season’s end. Last year’s winner pocketed $174.

Our next shoot is Sunday March 8th, 8am-2pm.

Can you skin grizz, Pilgrim?

It was a brutally cold day and we only had 9 shooters, but we pulled it off. Hats off to everyone who came out and to all the club members that helped. See you all March 8th.

Where is everybody? We’ve had about a dozen Alpha shooters so far today and it’s a heat wave out there right now compared to what it was at dawn… We’re here for two more hours, and you can come up and shoot to win a fully decked Mathews bow or cash prizes at our ping-pong and washer shoot.
