These results are the product of months of consistent effort, hard work, and dedication in the gym. We are incredibly proud of the commitment they’ve shown and grateful to see that work paying off.

What a weekend.

Tai Chi with Professor Zuofeng, our young athletes putting in work, and two morning classes in Highland Park where the rain came and nobody left. This is when movement is bigger than a workout; it’s connection, it’s showing up, it’s community.

Thank you to everyone who moved with us. This is just the beginning.

We didn’t know what to expect when we created Unwind for the very first time.

We set up the space, hoped people would show up, and quietly wondered if they’d leave feeling different.

The sound bath with Monique created something we didn’t fully plan for; a room full of people actually letting go. You could feel it.

The fascia release segment? Even in a short introduction, so many of you felt firsthand what this work can do. Your bodies responded.

Thank you to everyone who came, shared the event, and helped make it something real. And to our raffle winners - Tonya N., Jennifer V., and Jamie R. we hope you enjoyed your gifts!
