Too often we expect the power of sheer will to set things in motion for us. I'm guilty of losing sight of this myself. Constantly saying what I'm going to do without taking any action, and then getting frustrated with myself that I wasted so much time WANTING and WISHING things into place. It doesn

't work that way so I was always praying for more time, clarity and guidance. I began to wonder what was I waiting for, conveniently made excuses to make room for sheer laziness in all honesty. But no ones gonna do it for me, if I want it I need to do more than reach for it. So one day I thought; I just need to Pray about what I want to achieve and change. Focus on how to get on that path. And Grind; put in the time and effort to make my dream a reality. I started this healthy fitness studio to share with the world because we all lose sight of our goals at one point in our lives or another and it's ok. Were all human if you see your mistakes and continue down the path you were intended, consider it a minor detour. Just remember to Pray Focus & Grind and you can get through any situation life throws at you. Pray Focus Grind is more than a training experience, it offers inspiration to lead a positive lifestyle. We are focused on developing individuals to not only to live a healthy life but spread positivity throughout the world

Our goal is to change your view on fitness, so that it becomes apart of who you are and your lifestyle. It's much harder to drag yourself to the gym when you're not having fun and you don't enjoy your workout. Fun will motivate you on days when losing weight doesn't sound as appealing anymore or when you don't care about what your body looks like. A fun exercise will give you something to be excited about, even in the toughest of times. On days when you're losing steam, something that sounds fun will always pick you back up and give you something to look forward to
