Adult Brazilian Jiu Jitsu (BJJ) cirriculums and classes for beginner through advanced students. We have one of the fullest schedule of class time in the area so that you can fit training into your schedule with three locations in the Pittsburgh area We are an official affiliate of Renzo Gracie and the area's only school affiliated with a Gracie family member. We where the areas first dedicated

Brazilian jiu jitsu youth program. We have 5 different types of kids class based on age and other. We have a Muay Thai kickboxing program featuring the area's most experienced instructor. We also offer a fully equipted gym and unique group fitness classes. Our Mixed Martial Arts fight team has one of the best and most active competition records in the trip-state area. We offer both fighter training and public MMA classes. We often get together for social events such as UFC fights and other outings. We also offer self-defense courses that focus on situational awareness, weopons and other self defense necessities.

This video of Topuria and Khabib both with a mounted triangle on Gaethje shows why details matter at the highest levels of combat sports. Topuria would have finished this on most people. But, because his right arm went over his opponent’s left arm it allowed Gaethje to turn. He could have pummeled under the arm and got the same position as Khabib. This would have put an immediate strong threat on the arm and and not allowed Gaethje to turn away. Topuria’s was hurt and still had technical follow-ups, but this is why drilling/training certain details until they are done without thinking is critical at this level. Such a priveledge and joy to watch this level of fighting/ grappling!

We have some fun matches to announce before our 175 & under and 176 & above finals next Sunday June 7th at Grappling in the Strip which will feature Three Brothers Bagel Truck in our lot serving up bagels and sandwiches! Doors at 1:30, first match at 2 pm!

First we have Luke Martin of vs Eric Warren of The Mat Factory and then right before our $500 prize finals Lucas Seibert of Stout PGH vs Seth Donovan of Sonic BJJ .gym

We are also looking for the following matches for prelims:

Blue belt men’s 145 lbs
Blue belt men’s 155 lbs
Blue belt women’s 145 lbs

We are also having a youth Orange belt prelim match to open up the card

We have been serious about youth jiu jitsu since we started in Pittsburgh. It’s not just an extra or a business booster for us. We have hundreds of kids training with us. Some compete in Jiu jitsu as their main sport, others don’t compete at all. We have different classes with and without the gi, different levels including beginners, intermediate and competition/advanced classes. We also have striking arts classes for kids. 5-14 years old from all backgrounds, girls and boys. We have adult classes running concurrently many times. Some of our instructors have their children in the program. Check out kids classes at all of our 4 locations! 📸

He trained at our original location in 2010. Noah is known more as a boxing practitioner but has trained extensively in Jiu jitsu and also.
