🔥 Athlete Evaluations Are HERE! 🔥
One of the biggest additions to HomePL8 this summer is our brand‑new Athlete Evaluation & Performance Tracking Program — and it all starts THIS Monday, June 8th!
Every 12 weeks, Athlete Pass members will complete objective performance testing to measure key athletic qualities, including:
• Grip Strength
• Broad Jump
• Tee Exit Velocity
• Front Toss Exit Velocity
Why do we do it?
Because progress shouldn’t be a guess. Your numbers will tell the story, and guide your training all summer long. 💪

The session will run combine‑style, with athletes rotating through stations to establish their baseline before summer training kicks off.
