Good Afternoon Chartiers Valley Communities Girls Softball League,
My name is Grace Paredes and I am reaching out to you about a youth softball clinic that four Seton Hill Softball Players put on under the name Sweet Softball Clinic.
I wanted to invite your players ages 6-12 to the Sweet Softball Clinic on August 18th 10:00am-1:00pm at Seton Hill University Softball Field. I would love to have the players within the community join us for a great day on the field.
The reason that we wanted to host a clinic is to be able to improve the skills of youth softball players while having fun. We all have a ton of passion and love for the game of softball and would love to share that same excitement with the next generation of ball players.
In this email, I have included the information on the clinic, the link to sign up, as well as a bio section for each player.

A little bit about us:
During our time at Seton Hill University, we have been named two-time PSAC West Regular Season Champion, Atlantic Region Champions, Super Region Champions, and have made it to the Division II College World Series. Each player has had an impactful role for Seton Hill’s Softball team.
Grace Paredes:
Centreville, VA
Third Base
Paredes has been the starting third basemen all her years at Seton Hill. Last Season, Paredes totaled 14 Homeruns with an OPS of 1.090 and a batting average of .368. Paredes has been awarded 2X PSAC Second Team All-Conference third base for the 2023 and 2024 seasons, and First Team All-Region Third Base for the 2024 season.
Bre Athey:
Queenstown, MD
Centerfield
Athey has started in centerfield in the 2023 and 2024 seasons. Athey has played in 130 games making a positive influence on the outcomes of the games. Athey has 30 stolen bases. She has had over 150 putouts with plays seen on ESPN SportsCenter’s Top 10 Plays of the day ( #2).
Brooklyn Fukushima:
Lakeside, CA
Second Base
Fukushima has been the starting second baseman all her years at Seton Hill. Last season Brooklyn had 62 hits and a .418 OBP. Fukushima has made over 286 put-outs with a fielding percentage of .983. Fukushima is a 2X PSAC Second Team All-Conference for second base for the 2022 and 2024 seasons and First Team All-Region for the 2024 Season.
Kelleigh Po***ck
York, PA
Outfield
Po***ck has been an impactful player at Seton Hill University. Po***ck is an outfielder who plays both right and left field. Po***ck has played infield as well and is a true utility player. Po***ck is able to have successful reads on the balls and has a high softball IQ leading to zero errors in over 30 chances last season. Po***ck has been successful in her time on the Hill.
