Job Overview:
We’re looking for a driven and energetic Inside Salesperson to join our team in the competitive swimwear space. You’ll play a key role in connecting with swim teams and coaches to promote our high-performance swimwear and gear.
Key Responsibilities:
• Connect with area swim teams, schools, clubs, and summer leagues a via phone and email and in-person to promote our product lines.
• Organize and attend team fittings (at a team’s training facility) in and around the greater Pittsburgh area.
• Provide detailed product knowledge and support, including sizing guidance, fabric tech, and custom team apparel options.
• Coordinate with our purchasing staff to deliver outstanding customer experiences.
• Assist in managing team ordering processes, maintain team ordering website, and manage large group fittings and team in-store sales events.
• Organize and staff 2-3 large USA Swimming meets annually, including selection and organization of items to sell, onsite store set up/tear-down, and onsite sales.
Requirements:
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• A passion for swimming, aquatic sports, or athletic apparel is a big plus
• Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize tasks efficiently
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Sales, Business, or related field OR
• At least three years of related (inside sales or account management) experience
• Ability to work evenings and weekends during swim season
• Must have own vehicle
Preferred Qualifications:
• Background in competitive swimming or coaching
• Experience working with schools, teams, or sports organizations
• Familiarity with swimwear brands, technical fabrics, and fit specifications
