This week's schedule for W2W; Tuesday 4:30, Wednesday 12 & 4:30, Thursday 4:30, Friday 12.
We will be incorporating more variety in bodyweight exercises. I have a new bunch of Glute and core exercises we will begin to implement regularly. Let's cheer on Ali Morisson for hanging tough with her Bootcamp! Ali lost 7 inches in 7 days! See you all Tuesday!

I am excited to announce my first "bootcamper" to lose 30 pounds! A project only 12 weeks old, Abby Tuttle is on her way to a bright new future as weighing less makes everything easier! Congratulations Abby! Charonda Hill lost 12 inches from all over her body and closer to 15 pounds lost. This week will continue to challenge your weaknesses while tapping into your strengths for all over conditioning and breaking plateaus. Same schedule as last week. See you all very soon! I hope you are excited as I am!

Schedule for this week; W2W Group Personal Training; Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday at 4:30 pm; Friday at 12 pm and Saturday at 11 am (requests for other times can be directed to me personally and I can add times as needed). Life sometimes gets in the way of consistently working out or following a program, but every time you start again, it does get easier. If you must take off one week, try never to miss two weeks. If you must miss one month, try never to miss two months. If you fall off the wagon, don't beat yourself up! Get back on the horse and keep a good thing going!

This weeks W2W schedule will consist of 12pm and 4:30pm classes Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday; 12pm Friday; and 11am Saturday. We will be integrating more weight training with TRX circuits to continue to break metabolic barriers. Mom2Mom Monday 6pm Yoga and Body Sculpting, Thursday 6pm On-the-Ball followed by Cardio Blast, Saturday 9am Cardio Blast. (If you are interested in returning to 7:30p classes Monday and Wednesday, simply contact me and I will be available to teach.) Rest up and I will see you all tomorrow!!

I want to congratulate Abby Tuttle for being the first bootcamp participant to lose 20 pounds! Only six weeks and she looks as though she's been working out six months! Congratulations Abby! Who's next???

I hope everyone had a restful weekend and is ready to get back in the swing of things today. I have a new creative batch of TRX workouts to incorporate in today's 4:30p training. As we embark on the laziest season (football season) it becomes more and more imperative that you greet Monday head-on, ready to get back to the workouts. Getting my plans ready for another great week of losing weight and breaking down fears, barriers, and pitfalls (and muscle of course). Be patient, stay consistent. I will take care of the rest!
