This week's schedule for W2W; Tuesday 4:30, Wednesday 12 & 4:30, Thursday 4:30, Friday 12.
We will be incorporating more variety in bodyweight exercises. I have a new bunch of Glute and core exercises we will begin to implement regularly. Let's cheer on Ali Morisson for hanging tough with her Bootcamp! Ali lost 7 inches in 7 days! See you all Tuesday!
