Leicester odds shortening from 14/1 down to 11/1 (+1400 to +1100) over night.

Draw is at 6/1 (+600)

No point in taking Liverpool to win, risking $3.85 to get back $4.85. Instead maybe go for the Draw or (while unlikely) throw some money on Leicester for the long shot.

O/U starts to get interesting at +3.5 (11/8 or +138)

Yesterdays results (Newcastle 2-1 City, and Burnley 2-2 United after almost holding on for the win) just go to show on any given day ANYTHING can happen in the Premiership. That's what makes betting it so fantastically challenging and fun.
