My name is Daryle W. I am the founder and creator of the Hercules Fitness Boot Camps. Sports, athletics and training have been a huge part of my life for over 30 years. I have played in basketball leagues, organized football (from the midget leagues all the way up to college level), baseball, bo

xing and even track and field. I was also a soldier in the United States Army and I have been involved in bodybuilding and weight training for well over 20 years. All of the above mentioned activities involved physical and mental training. I took elements from all of my training and put together The Hercules Fitness Boot Camps. So, if you're looking to get back into shape, lose weight, tone up or you have the desire to want to do these things but just don't know how, JOIN THE HERCULES FITNESS BOOT CAMPS! It's an environment that is conducive to learning. Everyone who has joined has seen results! The HFBC family is a very tightly knit unit and very supportive of one and other.

I partially tore my right calf muscle in October and I took some time off to let my calf heal and body rest. Now, it’s time to get back to work!
