Sometimes FB memories are tough, sometimes they give us insight, and sometimes they prove just what kind of people we were and what kind of people we've encountered through our journey in this life.

In a house, on top of a hill, 11yrs ago..... a bunch of crazy kids had a vision (led by a wacko of course). To make a bubble hockey game look like the Winter Classic and broadcast it on New Years Day 2013 and have the whole thing look and feel just like a live TV broadcast.

We were drunk, we had no budget, we had equipment that rivaled a high school AV crew..... but it worked, and it was some of the most epic s**t ever made. From announcers, to goal horns and fans, to a snowstorm and shootout finale....we made it work.

And in the end...it was a great day for s**tty bubble hockey.

HUGE Thank You to all that turned out in one way or another yesterday for the New Year, New Dumpster tourney. It was one of our most balanced drafts and talented tourneys to date. Thanks to all the Goalies that showed up and gave it their all and the players that not only showed up but made sure to provide a great time, great hockey, and just the right amount of stupid that keeps these thing worth doing. Congrats to the Hosers on Team Light Blue for winning it all. Can’t wait to (hopefully) see all of you at the next one.
