I have a new workout program available now☺️ It’s a 12 week program, designed for beginners, that is broken up into 3 phases with each phase slightly more difficult than the last to help you reach your goals and make consistent progress💪🏻
It includes access to the Trainerize app where you’ll be able to keep track of your progress (including your measurements and add progress photos, if you wish!) and includes video demonstrations for all workouts so you’ll be confident you’re performing them correctly. Also has in-app messaging so you can reach out to me with any questions you may have.
It does require access to a gym.
If you don’t have a gym membership, don’t worry I’m working on some brand new at-home programs that’ll be ready sometime within the next week or so😊
