I would also like to add that I am a graduate of P90X and am currently working on P90X2 and Insanity. I could not be more pleased with my results! However, I was not always crazy about fitness and overall health. I ate whatever I wanted, when I wanted. I consumed alcohol of a fairly consistent basis, and above all else, I was not active at all. This led to an overall unhealthy, unhappy, miserable lifestyle for me. I was not happy with the way that I looked, and more importantly, the way that I felt. I was tired of being tired, lazy and sluggish. I attempted to go to the gym but that got really old really fast, especially when the gyms were overcrowded and you could not get a machine you wanted. I was tired of not eating right. I used "going to the gym" as an excuse to eat garbage. I can honestly and sincerely say that choosing to do P90X was the best decision I have made for myself and my health to date. Thanks to the program and the diet, I have experienced significant transformation with not only my physical appearance but my mental outlook as well. It really has changed my life and I have a new found confidence. Train your mind and your body will follow!
