We are the ONLY gym in the South Hills with strength training equipment such as: a monolift, forza competition bench, specialty bars (buffalo, safety squat, texas deadlift, zercher, fat bars, etc.).

We have a full body selectorized circuit training area with the latest offerings from Life Fitness Systems. NO CANCELLATION FEE! NO THREE MONTHS UP FRONT!
