Huge shoutout to for hitting the incredible milestone of 1,000 classes at F45 Pittsburgh! A true OG, he has been showing up, putting in the work, and bringing great energy to the 7:30am crew since the early days.

He’s friendly, he’s fit, and he’s always off on the best adventures, Ben is the definition of consistency and dedication (even if some of those are cheering on his beloved The Ohio State Buckeyes 😜 ). We’re grateful you’ve chosen to spend 1,000 workouts with our community.
