Navigating a consistent fitness routine after having a baby can be extremely difficult to say the least . I am so proud of my fiancé for trusting the process, putting in the work, and doing it the right way. In twelve months after having a baby, she has made incredible gains not only in the way she looks, but also her strength and endurance has increased so much. No shorts cuts just consistency, good diet and hard work. Pics are from 5 days post partum to 12 months post partum.
