Fighting is more than just what happens in the ring. Behind every athlete is a mountain of expenses: training camps, gear, travel, medicals, and time away from work. The dream is free, but the journey has a price tag.

​Next time you see an up-and-coming fighter on a card, remember what it took to get there. The best way to grow the sport is to support them directly. Buy a ticket, grab some merch, or even just share their posts. It makes a world of difference.

While a skilled padman is an invaluable asset in any Muaythai gym, a true Kru is the heart and soul of a fighter's journey. The padman hones the weapons, but the Kru shapes the warrior.

The ideal scenario for any aspiring fighter is to train under a Kru who is also a masterful padman, thus receiving the comprehensive guidance and specialized instruction necessary to excel in the art of eight limbs.
